Our Success Scorecard is a helpful tool used to determine the overall business of your organization’s IT infrastructure. The most important takeaway from the scorecard is that you know where your organization stands and have a good idea where you can improve.
We strive to help our clients receive the very highest score possible, however, more importantly we work with our clients to determine the true business impact of having a lower score and either delaying progress or ignoring certain areas of the scorecard. Before proceeding with any improvement or recommendation, all parties involved must understand both the impact and risk to the business from a lack of focus on each area.
